§ 45-3. Correction of defects and certificate of compliance.

Where defective electrical installations or equipment are found, the owner of such building or structure shall remedy such defects forthwith and shall procure a certificate of compliance from a duly authorized inspector approved by the Common Council, and file the same with the aforesaid local inspection officials.
